*** When submitting having quality posing and or multiple poses increases your chances of having your images chosen for publication. ***

VIVYD Magazine is NOW accepting submissions for an upcoming  Open Theme and Special Edition issue!!!! VIVYD Magazine features models of all ages is dedicated to producing quality media for all to enjoy.   Models submitted for Special Editions issues may have different requirements.  Please see the 2022 Themes for Special Edition requirements as they apply.

Basic submission criteria:

When submitting direct to the magazine please adhere to the following requirements:

One to eight professional images based on the predetermined theme, along with the model’s name, age, photographer, location and any other team credits as they apply. It is imperative that YOU (the one posting) HAVE THE PERMISSION BY ALL INVOLVED TO PUBLISH THE IMAGE PRESENTED. PLEASE  NO BOUDIOR, BIKINI, MICRO-BIKINI or SWIMSUIT UNLESS YOU ARE SUBMITTING FOR A SPECIFIC THEME.  THOSE THEMES HAVE SPECIFIC TIME FRAMES IN WHICH TO SUBMIT.  NO CELL PHONE IMAGES OR SCREEN SHOTS THESE IMAGES ARE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED FOR RESOLUTION PURPOSES. IMAGES TO BE CONSIDERED SHOULD BE OF HIGH AND OF PROFESSIONAL QUALITY (IN FOCUS). If selected you must be able to produce a high quality, high resolution image (300 pixels/inch) with no water marks or logos as full credit will be given to all within the magazine.

Please note by submitting your images to VIVYD magazine you are granting us permission for the use of the image or images.  It is imperative that YOU (the one submitting) HAVE THE PERMISSION BY ALL INVOLVED TO PUBLISH THE IMAGE or IMAGES PRESENTED.

Please note that by submitting to VIVYD Magazine, you are stating that ALL (model/photographer/MUA/etc) parties involved have consented to the release of the image or images.

Please note that by submitting to VIVYD Magazine you confirming that you are of legal age (18 years old) to submit the image or images presented.  If you are not of legal age you must have the photographer or parent submit in your place.  Photographers will need to provide a signed model release form, from the model and parents or guardian.  Parents submitting images need confirm that that they are legal guardian and have the rights to the images being submitted.  

Please note that images may be used on our social media platforms for recognition to model and photographer and tear sheets.

Please note that VIVYD Magazine does not provide complimentary copies of printed or electronic versions of the magazine.  Tear sheets will be available via our Facebook page and available for all to download.  Once the magazine is available for purchase a separate email will be sent advising of that availability.

Please note that VIVYD Magazine reserves the right to delay or cancel publication of any issue without notice.  If at any time the editor feels images are not in good taste or do not accurately represent the theme or themes available, the images may be pulled without notice.

COVER SUBMISSIONS:

All images submitted are equally consider for the cover.  Here are some of  the items that are evaluated when choosing the cover image:

1) Quality of the image. (Please remember that most images in print have to be enlarged, if the image quality is weak it makes it almost impossible to enlarged). 

2) Space allowed for print overhead and to sides of the image (Please note the spacing around the image.  If the image is cropped too tight, the text that goes around the image will impede the image and make it unsuitable for the cover).

3) Timeliness of submission (Normally the  cover is one of the first things completed in the layout process, if image is received late in the production of the magazine, it limits its chance of being selected).

4)  Theme (Plain and simple, if  the image submitted does not meet the theme of the issue in production, it limits the chance of being selected).

VIVYD 24/7 

VIVYD 24/7 is the opportunity for you the model or photographer to be featured on the VIVYD Magazine web page.  Submissions will be taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week on any theme or genre.  And yes, this means lingerie, swimsuit, and implied nude.  The only submissions not excepted are fully nude or lewd images.  Images selected to be featured will be posted once a week at www.vivydmagzine.com with a chance for those deemed the editor’s choice to be featured in our digital and print issues.  This is a great opportunity for all models and photographers seeking publishing to spread their wings and show us their work. Disclaimer:  When submitting for VIVYD 24/7 you are giving VIVYD Magazine permission to publish your image or likeness on www.vivydmagazine.com and or VIVYD Magazine print or digital issues.  Not all images will be selected for publication.  Please visit www.vivydmagazine.com for more information on submissions and submission criteria.   Submission criteria: Please submit 4 to 8 high resolution images to submissions@vivydmagazine.com General image requirements found at www.vivydmagazine.com apply.  Please note that by submitting to VIVYD Magazine you are giving VIVYD Magazine permission to use your likeness or image.  Images submitted can be from any genre or any theme, to include, swimsuit, lingerie, implied nude, cosplay, fashion.  The sky and your imagination are the limits, however VIVYD Magazine will NOT publish any images the either nude or lewd photography.   When submitting please include a brief bio: Name: Location: Photographer: Any other team credits (MUA/HMUA/etc.) and all the IG handles for those involved with the creation of the shoot.
