VIVYD Magazine is expanding into New Orleans. That is not a slogan. It is the next stage of a plan we have been building since the first issue left Pensacola.

We started on the Gulf Coast because the talent was already here and the industry was not paying attention. 

The first saw Sylvester West on a New Orleans Fashion Week runway during Season 9. That was my first real fashion trip to the city. I was still learning the rooms. Still learning which names carried weight and which ones were simply loud for the night. West was neither. He was working. The clothes had intention. 

Drive A1A out of Jacksonville and the city falls away. Oaks close over the road. Salt marsh opens. Then the trail from the Bluffs Picnic Area drops you onto a shoreline that does not behave like Florida at all.

There are nights in New Orleans that feel like the city itself is exhaling creativity. Saturday, August 1, 2026, was one of those nights. The 32nd annual Fidelity Bank White Linen Night transformed the Warehouse Arts District into a living, breathing canvas of white linen, contemporary art, and unapologetic style.
